Steel Detailing:
We offer structural steel design and detailing services for main structural steel, stairs, landings & rails, and decks utilizing a fully computerized system using SDS/2 and Tekla. We have a team of detailers, in addition to checkers and drafters. We have handled jobs of up to 2,000 tons and can handle projects of any size from one ton and above! In addition, we offer engineering services to provide calculations for: beam, moment, and brace connections; stairs and rails design; verification; and field fixes. We have experienced detailers, drafters, checkers, engineers, and project managers who can provide timely, quality results to meet your expectations.

Typical Deliverables:
- Estimation to assist client bidding.
- Work as team members with client design assist and BIM type projects.
- Advanced bill of materials to purchase bulk and long lead items in advance.
- Anchor bolts, embeds at floor, roof and other levels.
- Erection or General Arrangement(GA) drawings.
- Shop drawings for columns, beams and misc. items with material take off.
- 3D Models on periodic basis during the course of the project.
- Inputs to material management software such as EJE, Fabtrol or other Data for Management information systems.
- CNC inputs for: Peddinghaus and models from other equipment manufacturers.
- Dxf files, Kiss files, Field bolt list.
- Weekly status report, RFI reports, drawings logs and weekly conference call.
